What is baptism?
When we are baptized we identify with Jesus in his death, burial, and resurrection.  We publicly acknowledge our faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord by being submerged in water. Through baptism we are formally incorporated into the Church, the body of Christ.

Baptism is how we begin our Christian journey. Everyone is encouraged to participate in worship, prayer, and community before they are baptized. However baptism, like a wedding ceremony, is how we officially commit to following Jesus. It forms our identity as people who have died with Jesus and risen into new life.

We baptize people during our worship services at various times throughout the year. Our next baptism date is to be determined.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BIO: We like to read a short introduction before a person is baptized. Please complete the form below with information about the person requesting baptism. We will review this information with you before baptism.
