Every Monday night, a group of men and women meet to grow in the process of recovering i.e. becoming a whole person. Addictions, emotional issues, obsessive behaviors, and just the malaise of living in a stressful world rob us of the joy that God has created us to experience.

We are learning, through the steps of recovery how to recapture that joy and experience fullness of life.

This fall we are going to look at how to "Build a Program of Recovery." Topics include: Planning, Focusing, Journaling, Meditation, Group work, Thinking, Accountability, Predictability, and many others.

Join us as we learn how to develop a Program of Recovery.
