Hume Registration Process

Step 1: Get Started
Click on Village Church Hume Sign-up Link, fill out online registration form and submit.

Step 2: Send Deposit
Send a $75 deposit made payable to Village Church.
Your deposit can be given to Andy Rotunno or mailed to Village Church, attn. Andy Rotunno at 3216 W. Victory Blvd., Burbank, CA 91505
(After January 15th, Middle school deposit is non-refundable and after February 5th, High school deposit is non-refundable.)

Step 3: Complete Hume's Online Registration Process
Once your deposit is in, you will receive a "Hume Lake Registration Invite" email. Follow the link and complete Hume's online registration. This will officially put you on our roster for winter camp in Hume's database.

Step 4: Fill Out Forms
Village Church Student Info Card:  Must be signed & completed by all students and counselors. (Used as a release form for activities throughout the year)

Campership Request Form:  All students in need of financial assistance must fill out the CRF.

Medication Administration Record:  Only students that are bringing up a prescription medication need the MAR signed and completed.

Health Screen:  A medical professional will be present the morning of departure and will be filling out a Health Screen form for all students and counselors attending camp.

Medical and Liability Release:  [Completed by registering online]

Voluntary Disclosure Statement:  [Completed by registering online]

Step 5:  Pay Balance
Pay the balance of your registration fee no later than the day of departure for camp.
